Kaiser Karl's clothing will soon be accessible for even the skimpiest of budgets. Monsieur Lagerfeld celebrated his collection for H&M in Paris last week with a huge party at Restaurant Georges at the Pompidou center. (Nothing low-budget about that.) Expect the chic jersey skirts, narrow-sleeved jackets and tuxedo shirts to fly out of the 500 designated stores that will carry the collection in November.
